I went in for my 21,000 mile service and it was a great experience. No one likes paying for maintenance but it’s obviously important. I appreciate that Land Rover Warwick gives me a loaner vehicle while they work on mine. They informed me of everything while it was being worked on, and cleaned the car for me as well.

I just had my annual service on the F Type. Mike and the team took great care of the service, and I was in and out in about an hour.

Dropped my car off to have a new key synched. The last time my car was in for service someone damaged the key and simply sent it back. Bernie ordered a new key and had some issues I had with the car's drive fixed and finally got the keyless entry working after 2 years. Even washed the car. What a difference the little things make. Bernie is always a pleasure to work with.

My car sat at kaplins for almost 2 months after an electrical problem from an automobile accident. Mike had an attitude and when I questioned why my vehicle wasn’t in perfect condition after paying them claimed “I never ordered it”. His manager was rude and accused me of claiming “fraudulent” activity on my vehicle repairs. I was not only insulted and offended, but victimized by a lead facility member of this dealership. My futures business with Land Rover will be in Norwood MA.

Bernie, my service rep, gets 5 stars for her great customer service. Very professional and went out of her way to get me a loaner when my “will wait” appointment turned into an all day repair job. Although Bernie gets 5 stars, I cannot give the dealership 5 stars because I think having to wait over 30 days for a simple oil change without a loaner is unacceptable, I have had my vehicle serviced 3 other times, and it is always at least a 30 day wait for an appointment. Not good enough for the price we pay for these vehicles!

Make C scheduled and made sure the H422 vapor purge recall and RI inspection was completed on time.

do not ever buy a land rover ever my land rover discovery sport hse has a light checking light i did try to make an appointment guess they are taking new costumers so what king of service is this i will advice DO NOT BUY a land rover ever again this company sucks they will lat you stuck it do sucks

Be mindful of your personal belongings when having your vehicle serviced here. I had my Range Rover Sport in for a windshield repair. My mobile phone holder that was attached to the windshield as well as my iPhone charger were both removed from the vehicle during service and were not returned.

We were given a discovery sport to use as a loaner while my RR was being serviced. My wife liked the loaner so much I worked with Laurie and Tom and bought a new 2023 discovery sport that was on the lot. They could not have been more helpful.
